During the course of a year special "He-Man" 3-gun matches are scheduled
at the Hernando Sportsmans' Club in addition to the regular 3-Gun matches.


What is " He-Man" 3-Gun?

It's moving and shooting IPSC-style with the following equipment:
  • Rifle must be a .308 or 30-06. Iron sights only. No scopes, no optics. Examples would be an M1A, M1 Garand, FAL, Cetme, H&K G3, AR-10, etc.
  • Shotgun must be a pump-action 12 gauge. No ports, comps or optics.
  • Pistol must be a .45 caliber with no more than 10 rounds in the magazine. No ports, comps or optics.

  • Entry fee is only $10.00.
  • Targets will be large steel plates, paper plates, clays and IPSC Targets. No targets will be further than 200 yards.
  • Food, snacks and water will be available in the clubhouse.
Bring your 3 guns, or, arrange to borrow what you don't have.
